Consortium Strategies Signs $500 Million
Distribution Agreement with Mendes World Trade, Inc.
Tracey Marquart, CEO of Consortium Strategies, LLC, a Las Vegas based service and distribution company, announced
the signing today of a ten-year distribution agreement with Mendes World Trade, Inc. of Beverly Hills, California, valued
at more than $500 million.
The agreement allows Mendes World Trade to market and distribute CS environmental products
throughout the continent of Africa. CS products are designed to reduce emissions of gasoline and diesel fueled engines while
increasing fuel economy.
Mendes World Trade CEO, Ramiro Mendes, said he had been greatly impressed with the scientific
testing and laboratory results of the CS products. Those tests were verified by the Environmental Impact Foundation which
also made several performance and efficiency tests using their own testing protocols.
Mendes is best known as a
multi-Grammy Ballot Nominated music producer, composer and artist with an exemplary 30-year music career that has brought
him international acclaim. He was born on the Island of Fogo, Cape Verde and has a long association with organizations working
toward the cultural and economic growth for all of Africa.
Mendes is currently serving as Cultural Ambassador for
The Sole of Africa, a non-profit group devoted to the clearing of land mines in Africa and supported by an international group
of politicians, philanthropists and celebrities.

Strategies Signs Second $500 Million
International Distribution Agreement
Tracey Marquart, CEO of Consortium
Strategies, LLC, a Las Vegas based service and distribution company, announced the signing today of a ten-year distribution
agreement with Milmex America, Inc of Brockton, Massachusetts valued at more than $500 million.
This follows a
Distributor Agreement for Africa with Mendes World Trade of Beverly in early December also for $500 million over ten years.
The initial products acquired for distribution by Milmex are Mach 3 and TX-7, two engine conditioners designed to
reduce emissions of gasoline and diesel fueled engines while increasing fuel economy. Used in concert, the products can also
significantly reduce engine wear and extend engine life.
Environmental Impact Foundation reviewed the testing of
Mach 3 in several applications including locomotive and marine engines. The results according to David Kleis, Protector of
the Foundation, were very substantial. Kleis also added that tests performed following the Foundation’s own test criteria
have been just as impressive. “I can say unequivocally that Mach 3 will reduce most automotive emissions by more than
40% while improving gas mileage by more than 12%” He added that the Foundation is continuing to test other applications
for Mach 3 including turbines and stationary power plants.
